John Mayer är på gång med ett nytt album som ska släppas inom kort. Fram tills dess har vi fått den alldeles fantastiska singeln Love on the weekend.

Love on the weekend är den första nya låten av John Mayer sedan han släppte en cover av Beyonces XO i maj 2014.

Mayer har tidigare berättat att det är dags för en ny era i hans musik. Han ska återvända till popmusiken. Och lite så är det.

Det är lite mer pop över Love on the weekend än mot exempelvis förra plattan som var singer-songwriter-blues-americana.
